Meet Muddy Iron on Berthoud
Muddy Iron on Berthoud Golden Meadows of Utah owned Stud. Son of Mary + Rocky Santa’s Reindeer Litter. Hips and elbows are good/normal. Pennhip tendon rating is .42 . Advanced cardiology testing with normal results. Genetically cleared and annual canine ophthalmology exam with no abnormalities. OFA Thyroid test also yielded normal results. Oct 7 2023 Semen analysis yielded 255,1 Million per ml and a Morbidity analysis of 84% so a very fertile guy.
Third party canine psychologist temperament tested and recommended for breeding. A service dog for an individual wheelchair bound. Not only does this guy pull the wheelchair to assist his handler but he opens drawers, closes doors and retrieves item on the floor and around the house. Incredibly fast learner with a calm and easy-going disposition. He is mindful of small and the elderly. With his big beautiful smile and soft brown eyes be wins over everyone he meets. Affectionate and attentive, respects boundaries. Highly trained and very obedient with a beautiful off switch. Fearless and brave in new environments. Meet Cache
Golden Meadows of Utah very own, Cache. currently taking reservations for April 2027 breeding’s. Contingent upon OFA’s test results. Son on Mary + Bullet Earth Day Litter. Genetically cleared by parentage. Cache has his CGC title and will be testing for CGCU and CGCA in December 2025. Highly trained Service dog for DPT. Promising focus and control on and off leash. Intelligent and charming this boy does not disappoint. We are excited about adding this boy to our program. Meet Bullet
We do not own Bullet, he belongs to Soul Desire & Soaring Goldens, whom we graciously thank for approving him for breeding with our program. He has produced many puppies that have gone on to do service & therapy work. He has a heart of gold and like Mary is very eager to please his owners. He is an amazing father to his puppies. He has 17 titles to his name and a National Championship in “Show” during Autumn 2024 season. He is also a third party trained Therapy Dog. He was impressively easy to train, endlessly patient, hardworking, sweet and calm. Like Mary he seems to know when people need a little extra love and he is right there to give it. OFA scores normal elbows, Excellent scoring on hips Pennhip tendon result .42 Genetically & Advanced Cardiologist cleared. Annual OFA canine ophthalmologist testing with zero abnormalities. We have several litters sired from Bullet and highly recommend him.
Meet Rocky
Rocky does not belong to us, we want to thank Soul Desire, Soaring Goldens and Desert Peak Goldens for approving our program for breeding. Rocky was an integral part of the foundation we laid here at Golden Meadows of Utah. He was imported from Serbia and helped our program begin its foundation with genetic diversity in mind. Coefficient of breeding (COI) score is an integral part of preserving the breed of Golden Retrievers. Rocky was a service Dog and had health testing scoring that aligned with our programs strict requirements for breeding. Rocky is an endearing and charming guy who is soft spoken and low key. Affectionate and easy to train, nurturing and attentive are all words that describe his demeaner. A complete joy to work with and a constant companion to those around him.
